  • Provide an annual deferred maintenance schedule with the Board of Directors
  • Ensure preventative maintenance programs are followed
  • Propose alternate solutions for cost saving rather than simply supplying 3 bids
  • Prioritize maintenance work orders, ensuring completion and quality of work

Resident Management

  • Act as liaison between owners and board of directors to ease stress of management
  • Maintain relations and open communication with all residents for transparency
  • Supply Owners with accurate and up-dated financial statements
  • Follow up with unit owners on satisfaction of the work completed
